Tell us what happened. Bug reports go straight to the people who build the software — they get fixed, not filed.
The more detail, the faster the fix. The exact error from the Failed tab of the transfer queue (e.g. "550 Permission denied") and the matching activity log lines are the two most useful things you can include.
